Henley-on-Thames

Henley-on-Thames has held regular markets since the 13th century and continue this proud tradition today. Three main types of market are held across the months.

The Charter Market
takes place every Thursday.

The Farmers' Market
takes place on the 2nd Saturday and 4th Thursday of the month. Traders must be producers of their own produce and actively involved in the production process of the goods for sale. All produce must be grown, reared, caught, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed by the producer.

The Craft Market
takes place on the 4th Sunday of the month (unless there is a bank holiday Monday when it will take place on the 3rd Sunday of the month.) This provides a monthly opportunity for local artists and craftspeople to showcase their incredible variety of products to the public. From teddies to pottery and jewellery to paintings. There are also special events including a Christmas Festival, Wellness Festival, Vegan Markets and various craft and artisan markets in the town hall throughout the year.
